DULCES HOMEMADE

Esta tarta se la he hecho a Lourdes,mi profesora de historia,porque estabamos dando egipto I made this cake to Lourdes,my history teacher,because we were  in egypt Esta hecha con  bizcocho de chocolate  y  ganaché It´s a  chocolate spongecake  with some   ganache Es muy fácil...solo tenemos que hacer un bizcocho con forma de muñequito,hacer tiras de fondant blanco y colocarlo en la tarta It´s very easy to do...we only have to bake our spongecake with a person shape,do withe fondant lines and put them in the cake

Esta tarta se la hice a Marta, I made this cake to give it to Marta Esta hecha con  bizcocho de chocolate it´s made with  chocolate spongecake PREPARACIÓN PREPARATION 1.)Forramos un cartón para que nos sirva de base de la tarta 1.)We cover something to use it like a cake base 1.)Hacemos el bizcocho 1.)We do the spongecake 3.)Ponemos el relleno que prefiramos(opcional) 3.)We put some frosting (optional) 4.)Cubrimos una parte de la tarta con fondant blanco para simular las sábanas 4.)We cover a part of the cake with white fondannt to look like bed sheets 5.)Con el color de fondant que queramos hacemos la colcha,nosotros la hemos estampado con un rodillo especial 5.)With fondant we do the bedspread,we stamped with a special roller 6.)La ponemos en la tarta y hacemos las muñecas con fondant 6.)We put it on the cake and we do some fondant dolls 7.)Hacemos una manta y la ponemos encima de las muñecas 7....

Después la base de la tarta(el desierto) son planchas de bizcocho, que puedes hacer con cualquier molde rectangular. Then,the base of the cake (the desert) are square shapes of spongecakes Cuando los bizcochos de chocolate estan fríos los desmoldamos y lo cubrimos con frosting de queso When the chocolate spongecaakes are cold we take them off from the shapes and we cover them with frosting despues lo cubrimos con fondant blanco ...
