TARTA DE NAVIDAD/XMAS CAKE

Hola!He vuelto...este blog ha sufrido unos problemas técnicos..Pero he vuelto, intentaré subir ya normalmente.Hoy os traigo una tarta que hice para mi clase...Quien se anima para hacerla en nochebuena?
Hi!I´m back...This web has suffered technical problems..But, I´m back and I will try to post normally.Today I´m posting a xmas cake that I baked to my class..Who wants to do it in xmas night?

Hice dos bizcochos de chocolate (petición de la clase) y le puse ganache. Uno de ellos tenia forma rectangular y la otra de árbol de navidad.

I baked two chocolate spongecakes (request from my class) and I put ganache.One of them had rectangular shape and the other xmas tree shape

Cubrimos la base rectangular con fondant blanco y ponemos el árbol encima
We cover the rectangular shape with withe sugar icing and we put the xmas tree on.

Cubrimos el árbol de verde
We cover the xmas tree with green icing sugar

Decoramos nuestro árbol como si fuera uno de verdad, solo hay que dejar volar un poco la imaginación!

We decorate the tree as if it was a real one, you only need to imagine!

Nosotros tambien decoramos la base pero eso es opcional..Y ya estaria terminada!
We also decorated the rectangule shape...but thats optional...And it will be finished!
